Bringing mobile battery technology into traditionally diesel-reliant industries requires a shift in how people think about power, and in particular, how they think about temporary power. The status quo to resolve temporary power needs is a diesel generator – each year, Australian industry spends over $1BN on diesel generators and more than $4BN on fuel to run those generators, emitting over 6.7 million tonnes of CO2 into the atmosphere. Through a targeted approach to reducing diesel generator usage and replacing it with cleaner, smarter technology, we can affect real and measurable change across key major industries.

FOUNDING DIRECTORS
DAMIEN GLANVILLE
Damien is a visionary entrepreneur and a passionate leader with decades of experience across the energy sector.
He played a pivotal role as Co-Founder and CEO of an ASX Listed electricity retailer, leveraging over 24 years of senior management expertise and a decade of Executive Director roles. Instrumental in the retailer journey, Damien drove the company’s innovative edge through electricity retail sales and energy trading strategies, driving sustainable strata communities with the early adoption of renewable energy solutions for apartment and townhouse living.
Damien’s deep understanding of renewables also proved instrumental in engineering the business case for the early adoption of the Sunshine Coast 16MW Solar Farm in 2012, a testament to his foresight and commitment to advancing clean technology solutions.
His dedication to sustainability and passion for clean energy underscore his leadership ethos and his commitment to driving Powershift Technologies towards a future of environmental responsibility and innovation.

SANDRA BRODIE
Sandra is a dynamic leader, who is described as an enabler, a connector and a catalyst for positive change.
Sandra brings over 15 years of experience across strategy, innovation and growth from top tier organisations including Deloitte, CSIRO and Swisse Wellness.
She has held senior positions across the private, public, education, technology and social enterprise sectors, in industries as diverse as aerospace, defence, health and wellness, disability, motorsport and manufacturing.
This diversity of experience, coupled with a thirst for continuous learning, growth and innovation, gives Sandra a unique perspective and a distinctive edge. She has a particular skill for turning ideas from vision to reality, for leading diverse teams and for steering intricate, multi-stakeholder initiatives to success.
Her greatest passion is in actualising positive change and helping to realise the innate potential of people, businesses and ideas.

JUSTIN PETTETT
Justin is an experienced leader with over 25 years of extensive expertise in successfully guiding start-ups to ASX-listed companies. Justin collaborates closely with stakeholders, investors and industry partners to achieve success.
His notable accomplishments include co-founding an ASX-listed energy retailer with over 33,000 customers living in strata communities. Justin facilitated the company’s growth from start-up to public listing and served as Chairman for over 4 years.
He also co-founded and was CEO of a Singapore gas exploration company, where he steered the company through crucial growth phases and was part of the team that led its listing on the ASX, raising over $45 million for project development.
Justin is passionate about the commercial decarbonisation of industry, leading strategy and supporting the Powershift team towards achieving their goals, while driving initiatives for sustainable industry practices.
